These terms apply to your use of the Good Vibes Remedial Massage website and to any treatment booked with us. By making a booking or using this site, you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We provide remedial massage and related soft-tissue therapies, including dry needling, electro acupuncture, myofascial cupping and sports performance treatment. Our services are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by a doctor or other registered health professional.

Appointments can be made online, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

• Please arrive a few minutes early to complete or update your health history.
• Late arrivals may have their session shortened so that following clients are not delayed, and the full fee still applies.

You agree to give us accurate and complete information about your health, injuries, medications and any conditions relevant to treatment, and to tell us of any changes. Treatment is only carried out with your informed consent. You may withdraw consent, ask for pressure to be adjusted, or stop the treatment at any time.

Fees are as displayed at the time of booking and are payable at the end of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Health fund rebates depend on your level of cover and your fund's rules; we cannot guarantee a rebate. Prices may change from time to time, but the price quoted at booking will be honoured for that appointment.

Our cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

This is a professional therapeutic clinic. Any inappropriate, suggestive, abusive or unsafe behaviour will result in the treatment being stopped immediately, the full fee being charged, and refusal of future bookings. Serious incidents will be reported to the police.

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be provided with due care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any other claim is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply.
