Cancellation & Refund Policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives us the chance to offer the time to another client. You can cancel or reschedule by phone, text or email.

• Cancelled or rescheduled with 24 hours' notice or more — no charge.
• Cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice — a fee of up to 50% of the treatment price may apply.
• No-show (missed appointment with no contact) — the full treatment price may be charged.

We understand that illness, emergencies and family situations happen. Please get in touch and we will use common sense — fees are applied at our discretion.

If we have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the next available time or a full refund of anything you have already paid.

Under the Australian Consumer Law you are entitled to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for purpose, or does not match what was agreed. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please tell us within 7 days so we can discuss it and, where appropriate, offer a re-treatment, a partial refund or a full refund. We do not provide refunds simply for a change of mind after a service has been delivered.

Gift vouchers are valid for at least three years from the date of purchase, as required by Australian law. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Standard cancellation terms apply to appointments booked with a voucher.

Where a multi-session package is purchased, unused sessions may be transferred to another person by arrangement. Refunds for unused sessions are available where required by the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise at our discretion.
